CUSTOMER SERVICE & STORE POLICIES

1. Refund Policy

We strictly follow a No Refund Policy. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.

  • If approved, a credit coupon code (valid for 30 days) will be issued for use on our official website.
  • Store credit is only provided for:
    • Product lost in transit.
    • Product damaged during shipping (Unboxing video required).
  • Store credit will not be provided for size issues, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Modifications (size, address, etc.) must be requested within 2 hours of placement.
  • For prepaid cancellations, store credit will be provided only. No bank refunds.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size only. Returns or monetary refunds are not applicable.

  • Timeline: Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • Exchange Fee: A flat fee of ₹250 applies for reverse pickup and delivery.
  • One-Time: Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Sales: Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • If a size is out of stock, we offer a product change or 30-day store credit.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For damaged or wrong product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The full, uncut unboxing process.
  • The product and the issue clearly.

Without a proper unboxing video, the claim will not be considered valid.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not support repeated exchanges.
